Today our lovely Erica Durance and her beloved hubby, Canadian actor David Palffy celebrates their 7th wedding anniversay. This lovely couple were married on January 8th, 2005.

NBC has released four additional episode stills for Erica Durance’s appeareance on their series Harry’s Law. Most of them features Erica wearing the Wonder Woman outfit.

Durance’s episode airs upcoming Wednesday, January 11 2012 at 9PM. Her episode is called Gorilla My Dreams.

Deadline is reporting US network NBC has picked up Erica Durance’s series Saving Hope for the summer which orignally air on Canada network CTV and is produced in Canada.

NBC is in negotiations to acquire upcoming Canadian medical drama series Saving Hope starring Erica Durance, Michael Shanks and Daniel Gillies for a summer run. [...] Production is slated to begin in March.

TVLine has the first episode stills for Erica Durance’s appearing on NBC’s series Harry Law where she plays a character who thinks she is the famous comic character Wonder Woman. In addition to that, TVGuide spoke to about the role. Here is a sneak preview of the interview:

You had put on the “Amazon Princess” costume on Smallville. How does it feel getting to put on the real thing?
Durance: A little daunting, and partially because having been in the comic world for a while now, I’m really very respectful of the people that love this character. I do take it very seriously.  As a side note, just to be light about it, any woman wearing tight pants is not super excited the first time she puts them on. [Laughs] I wasn’t exactly, you know, tight pants- or underwear-ready.

In SAVING HOPE, when charismatic Chief of Surgery Charlie Harris (Michael Shanks, STARGATE ATLANTIS) at Toronto’s Hope-Zion Hospital ends up in a coma, he leaves the hospital in chaos – and his fiancée and fellow surgeon, Alex Reid (Erica Durance, SMALLVILLE), in a state of shock. Along with newly-arrived star surgeon, Joel Goran (Daniel Gillies, THE VAMPIRE DIARIES), Alex races to save Harris’ life. As the action unfolds, comatose Dr. Harris wanders the halls of Hope-Zee in “spirit” form, not sure if he’s a ghost or a figment of his own imagination. Reid, along with her fellow doctors, press on to save his life and those of their other patients, as they deal with the complicated and courageous decisions that are made in their daily struggle to keep hope alive.
